My BPCL consumer no is: R33116.
I had booked my LPG cylinder on 1st June using online booking from BPCL site. Till date i have not recieved my cylinder as per the online staus my cylinder is delivered on 17th-june but i hav't recieved any till date. I am trying to speak to my gas dealer but noone is picking up my phone on the number provoided. I also tried to call BPCL helpline no.23324847 but it is also not responding. This is not the first time i am facing this problem with Vijay Gas Agency. I request you to please forward this complaint to concerned department & help me solving my problem. If BPCL is not able to execute orders placed online then why they are providing this service to customer. This is shere non-sense, wastage of time & energy.
