Non receipt of gas cylinde

Dear sir, i booked a lpg gas cylinder vide consumer no 3556 with m/s nair gas, vikas puri on 24 th dec at computerised booking no 9911554411, I was shocked to know that i was told that my gas cylinder has already been booked wide sl no 2053203 on 22nd dec. on 26th dec i visited the agency and told them about this, i was given a reply that since may i have cot taken any cylinder.when i tried to ask who booked in my name, i was told that ok we are booking it now and u will get ur cylinder by evening. I did not, on 29th dec again i called up and was told that i will get by evening..again i have not got it. to day on 30th dec iwas calling on nos 28547187, 28544965 and 28544966 but one picked up the phone. i am sure there is some thing going wrong.would u be kind enough to look into it please. thanking you sudhir tarneja. tel no 9650944655
