Nihal Gas agency not picking up phone

Sir,

My consumer number id N 12760, Try hard to get Gas Booking through Phone booking on gas agency (Nihal Gas agency Mayur vihar phase-II), phone engaged,

further SMS gas booking from the Company on 07/12, and SMS referance number is 423501, till date we have not received gas cylender, and on sms reminder on 52725 write me to contact distributor (i.e Nehal gas, who is still not picking up phone)
