Delay in home delivery and refusal to deliver the cylinder at 2nd floor wherre the house is situated

Sir,

I Raj kumar is a resident of Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, Haryana. My LPG

supply is registered with Confed gas service at Bahadurgarh. Whenever, I

book the LPG for home delivery supply, First of all there is delay in

supply about 5-10 days. Secondly, the person giving home delivery of LPG

is sick, having back pain and he is not able to deliver the cylinder at

HOME which is situated at 2nd floor. He usually says that you have to

receive the the cylinder on the road, i have back pain, so i will not

deliver the cylinder at 2nd floor of the house.

Sir, it is not possible for a house lady to carry the cylinder on the

road and then a filled cylinder on 2nd floor.

Sir, i request you to ask the Confed gas service provider to change a

healthy home delivery person, so that, he may deliver the cylinder at

home, not on the road. As well as, to deliver the cylinder in time.
