Untimely delivery of gas cylinde

WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN.

I would like to inform the careless way in which public utility (L.P.G. Cylinder) is being provided to the concerned customers. I have my personal connection of one cylinder from the Ludhiana Gas Agency since December. It has always been a thrill to enjoy safe and consumable cooking gas in the kitchen since then. On my card I book two cylinders per year. But to my surprise this time, I made my booking in the last week of November for which I was intimated via telephonic conversation by the concerned executive that the delivery of a new cylinder will take almost 12 days, to which I consented. Even after 15 days the cylinder was not delivered so I went to the gas agency and enquired about the delay and the staff concerned, informed me that it will be delivered in another 2 working days. Unfortunately, it was not delivered even for the next one week for which on 24the December I again visited the agency so as to know the status of my cylinder. Again the staff keeps telling that it will be delivered and the most astonishing comment by the staff their is that I've only made two bookings over the period of one year. I had to ask her, if it was a problem for her that I'm not consuming gas to a larger extent and only making 2 bookings per year.

I would regret to inform that they just made a silly excuse for not delivering my cylinder in the due time. Cooking gas has been a basic amenity for mankind in this 21st century and over that when the services are not provided in adequate time it matters to customers who have only 1 cylinder at their disposal.

I would request the concerned either to issue me a 2nd cylinder on my same card or else to have a better aptitude to attend to the customer needs and that too promptly or at the earliest than giving false hopes and making oneself to come and plead or bargain with them time and again. After all we are not taking any free services from them.
