Dear sir,
we have purchased a Luminous inverter 800 va with Exide battery Inva Queen450 on 12.03.2010 Ref.cash memo no-365, dt-12.03.2010 by name my wife -Kakoli Biswas from Battery Centre, Madhyamgram, Kol-700129, westbengal. After that during loadsheding the backup time is 5 - 45 min.for 3 cfl (15w) and one TV. Battery showing low. Complain done verbally on 16.03, 17.03, & 19.03.2010 . They alwayas assuring it will taken necessary arrengement. But till 9.30pm on 19.03.2010 no action taken. we felt very very poor service from your authorised delear - Battery centre, Rani park, Madhyamgram Chowmatha, tel. no-03364583355/9874325161, Kol-700129.
