I have booked complain and I received a sms on dated 07-03 from you side" Dear Customer, your service request No. IN12311707 has been allocated for 07 Mar to Yogesh Namdev- 9826288529.

Then I have called to Mr. Yogesh Named, He is attend us 08-03 and undertstood our problem and satisfy that problem is correct battery no taken properly load and move down blik on "over load".

But till dated I have not received any solution from company site and Mr. Yogesh Namdev

I have purchsed this Luminous Invertor from Shri Balaji Sales Corporation Bill No.943/26-03 with 30 month warrenty Model No.800Va B5GL5L6381830210

Please solve the problem as soon as
