Sub:- Up gradation of Sanctioned Load from 1 KW to 2 KW

Replacement / Test Check of Digital Meter.

Madam,

On the above captioned subject, it is requested that the undersigned has an agreement of 1 KW sanctioned load with your Department bearing Consumer No: 0202050004427 under installation No: 57800-R1 but from July – 2011 your office has charged 2 KW sanctioned load in my electricity bills without any agreement / information to me which is totally injustice, being a loyal consumer which can be seen from the official records of your Department.

It is therefore requested to your good self kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned officials to rectify the same at the earliest so that I shall feel relief in this regard.

Pertinent to mention here that the Digital Meter installed on the electric pole of your Department is not working properly from last two months as the reading of the said Meter is going to sky touch as the Meter has displayed a total Units consumed for the month of January 476 and for the month of February 653 which is not fare as this is all time high in my electricity bills. It is therefore requested that kindly direct the concerned to check / replace the Digital Meter at the earliest so that my grievances shall be rectified.
