Mashal Social Welfare Society: This NGO, is just another maid agency despite their hi-fi website and so-called objectives. They exploit the girls, do not give them full salary. They charge the employers high rates like Rs 7000 per month and provide completely untrained ladies. They are black-mailers and cannot be trusted. Also, they do not give full information about the girls. I hired a girl who they said had just come from Jharkhand and had worked for 2 1/2 years in Ghaziabad. It turned out she had been in Delhi for 5 years, was married with children, had left her family and had had two affairs while working for me. She was rude and obnoxious and did no work. She was supposed to be a fully trained cook but on the first day, she asked 'what is chola? '!! I found out that in the last 5 years she had worked maximum for 6 months in each household. What an experience. The agency people are from Biihar / Jkarkhand. They are very nice when you have to give money. After the maid ran away, they became abusive and never gave a replacement or money back.
