Filth left for Stagnation and Dengue

Hi, I am Rahul. About 10 days back, two manholes in front of my house (Asiad Village) was cleaned. The filth was left besides the manhole and has been stagnating since then, thereby threatening the possibility of Dengue. I have inquired, alerted my RWA and MCD also, but of no avail.
