Non allotment of bptp park elite floors

Friends,

i booked a floor in bptp establishment, namely park elite floors in sector 85, faridabad. i was told by the authorised booking office that i had to give the booking amount, i.e. Rs. 2 lakh for 180 sq. yrds flat. I made the payment and booked a flat. Since the payment of the flat is construction linked, I financed the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 13.5 lakh from LIC HFL. I made second payment of about 2 lakh from my pocket. I was told by the booking office that the allotment will be done during Aug'09 but since now, i.e. Dec'09, there is no booking. Even the head office is not giving any satisfactory answer. surprisingly, the demand letter of third installment, leaving the PLC charge was generated.
