Mithila Gas Agency has a strange policy that they don't book a cylinder till the expiry of 25 days of delivery of the first cylinder. Accordingly, we had booked our cylinder on the 6th Nov after the delivery of the first cylinder on 11th Oct. Even after booking on the 6th, we have not yet received the cylinder till date (11th Nov) Now we are out of gas and we don't want to encourage the black market in cylinders which is rampant in this part of the city. I suspect that the reason for the delay in delivey is that genuine customer's cylinders are being sold in the black maket at a substantial premium. Please investigate into this complaint.
