My name is dhirendra kumar kashyap, my mob no is 9827108571, today i reacharged my prepaid account balance with RS:20 and got 16.43 rupee, but when i talking with my brother no is 9718796776 my balance became zero within one minute.i shell requisting to reliance customer care plese return my balance as soon as possible.and my balance also charged two times without any reason.please return my balance soon. thanking you
