Never attending phone calls

Mohanil gas service of Indane gas placed near IIT/ESSEX farm is one of the worst service provider of Indian Oil corpn. It is a negative firm optimising its customers. they do not pick up phone from morning to night. Whenever we visit personally for refilling, they pretend as if the phone is busy or out of order. We have already taken photograph of these males and females including the manager inside the cabin. If IOCL does not take action against this distributor, we have to showcase them. You will see it very soon in the coming months if it lacks action/apathy from IOCL

The recent launch of online booking through SMS will not prove effective as their phones are always busy.
