We all four Terrace flat owner want to file complain against builder as they sold the flats and they are not supporting us but giving threat that we F/owner will not do any thing against them & they will support society not us. Already three accident taken place but today builder phoned and thretned to remove Monsoon shed. NC is there but then after no one is helping, please help and guide in this matter.

While selling flat they have given verbal promise that you are entitle to use your terrace and builder him self make arrangement for roof.(Cover the Terrace.) Now some of member are objecting and builder are supporting them and tellimg us not to cover the terrace with any thing. We don't have safety, we have complaint (NC) that dangerous material is being thrown from the upperside, dirty water, Eggshell, Nonveg material, Spitting and used condoms is being thrown in our terrace. We are brahmin we do pooja we have requested first then they have answered why have you purchased flat in ground or lower level flat, who told you to buy terrace flat? abhi bhugto. Builder supporting other member as his work is pending and failed to do in time. Today builder thretened me that other members phoned him & foced to take action on me and I have to remove Monsoon Shed. We need safety & cleanliness.we don't want constructive roof but atleast safe & reasonable. Retracteble arning (Shed) is not the permanant solution it is expensive also and also not durable.
