Poor service of internet

I am realy fed up with your service. sometimes i got problem of link, and this is very frequent, and another thing is when i complain that i am not getting link, nobody come to check whats the problem, why? i had to complaint it regularly. is this service bsnl giving us? what bsnl want? they want us to be with them or what? i am paying Rs. 800 /- per month as per your scheme. then what is my fault, after giving money i am not getting the sevice properly. i think bsnl don't care about there customers...
