Bad quality of Service offered and ill trained staff

I would like to share my harrowing experience that I've had with your outlet in Delhi at Select City walk Saket.

On around 23rd of March I gave two pair of shoes for repair, one for re-soling and other for leather sole replacement. I was assured of the delivery of both the shoes on 01-April. I walked into the outlet on 02-April to be told that it would take 2-3 more days. I called up the store on 7th to be told again that the should be ready by 9th. I collected both the pair of shoes on 09-April.

One of the pair for which the sole was changed was damaged badly, the sole wasn't applied properly and the shoe was very tight. I wasted one and a half hour at the store with the guy trying to give me all lame excuses. Unsatisfied I walked out of the outlet assured that the shoe will get better after 2-3 days of wearing. Now the shoe is still tight and so badly damaged that I can't wear it anymore.

The second pair for which was resoled (sole pasted again) has given off in just 6-7 days of wearing. The pasting has started to give away and the shoe can't be used anymore.

When I called up at the store to tell about this, the store manager misbehaved and abused me.

I am so much disappointed by the quality of the service and the behaviour that I will never suggest anyone to use the services of Mr Pronto again.
