Consumer No. -- T/00261, Name-- Amar Chandra Das, is a consumer in Nayani Indane Centre NJP Main Road, Bhakthi Nagar, Siliguri, West Bengal Phone No.- 0353- 2690608, 0353-2690609. It is delaying the delivery of gas cylinder in Deshbandhu Para zone in Siliguri, inspite of having the cylinder in stock as per their acknowledgement. In this month, we are due to be delivered, BOOKING DATE-- 20th MARCH and ORDER NO. -- 7144. We are suffering this since last 8 months and the delay in delivery is by almost a week to couple of weeks. It is happening again this month, as per their acknowledgement in phone. The workers for delivery purpose have been always interrupting the daily duties. They are also denying to refill the cylinders, even if we carry the empty cylinders upto them, after the due date. Please, help us.
