Inverter not working properly

Hi,

I have purchased NEPC Sinewave 600 VA inverter. Currently its in warranty period. The problem is while using any power switch its fuse gets blown even main power is there i.e. we are not using invert or power still its fuse gets blown.

I made the complaint telephonic at your C.P. office anf they told me that some person will visit my house to rectify the problem. Even after calling three times no one has come to check it.

Please look into the matter and send someone to my house as soon as possible. My inverter's Sr. No. NO7I136Z.
