No Parking in commercial Building

Dear collector or any authorised member,

we have observed a 4 story commercial building at mentioned address in baner which is running in residential zone. As per the pmc rule & the tp sactioned project the building should have a dedicated parking. But it seems this builder or owner built a canteen or a hotel in parking zone & all his vehicles used to park on road. This building is made for a korean people as a service apartment & this open canteen at ground floor continuosly runs with loud speakers, sometimes big parties. It makes a huge noise polution for the nearby people. But still they ignore it. These people usually gathers together at every saturday & sunday & have a grand celebrations.

I request corporation to please look into this. I don't know it is legal or illegal but
