Es sir,

through the door door selling by by this company we brought product"pr"(electric mosquito repellent))worth rs 200.the agent told that after its charging for 72 hours it will start working.hence it coudnt be checked on the spot .but till date its not working .i have contacted them telephonic ally bout 18 times n every time they assure that it will be changed.but it has not been changed.i brought it on 8/11/09.though the product amount is very small but the question is how these companies fool people, on the top of it we have the warranty card fr 1 year which clearly mentions the replacement.kindly help so as these people should be taught lesson as to not to fool the public.thanx
