Payment Deducted, Failed Recharge

I tried to recharge my friend's SUNTV DTH on 28.12.10 for Rs. 2, 000/- (In multiples of Rs. 1, 000/- each) through rechargeitnow.com. The payment was deducted but recharge has failed. The transaction IDs are R80104281210 & R80109281210. I have a filed a request on 31.12.10 and subsequently so many times. But till date, there is no reply from them. Kindly let me know how to get the refund at the earliest.
