Poor and Dishonest Service Level

We made the mistake of hiring the services of NOIDA packers and movers to help us shift house with the NCR http://noidapackermover.com/contactus.html. The staff was rude and arrogant, within the first half an hour we realised that they had stolen money from the wallet of one of the house members. After this, we decided not to go ahead with their services and asked them to leave after covering the cost of their fuel and packing material. They demanded more money - equal almost to the cost of the entire transaction and got agressive, including the person (Surinder) who appeared to be the owner. Ultimately we were literally forced to accept their services, the only option would have been to call the police and we decided to avoid that and opted for keeping a close watch to avoid a repetition of stealing. The basic purpose of hassle free shifting was lost.
