I have booked LPG refill on 07-09 through online booking.

But the refill is not yet supplied till today (16-10)

The Supplier is not giving the bill for the amount paid for the previous delivery!

Today I Booked for another cylinder and it is booked without supply the previous one. That means that cylinder is already supplied to some other person (Black Marketing)
