Poor reception

Dish Tv sevice is very poor. Whenever there is slight thunder storm or rain, many of the channels not many but most of the channels are gone. When the rain stops also, the channels do not come back. I have to call the call centre (which also has poor service) and they send the concerned person. The person charges and this has become a recurring expense for me every 2-3 months. I am facing this for alst 2 years.
