(Useless Retailer Certificate Issued by Company)

All service providers are not mentioned in issued Retailer Certificate (as per their advertisements on pamphlets, brochure, poster, banner, website, etc showing OUR PARTNERS) except some of mobiles recharges & utility bill payments service providers i.e. also some of mention in text form but no logo & vice a versa. And Company should know that there is no place for shortcut word like ETC in any certificates which is meaningless, even they had been not used such word in any of their advertisements means making fool to us.

By this certificate it means retailers is not authorized by company for any DTH recharge, Movies-Bus-Rail-Air ticket booking services & others Utility services, so such Retailer Certificate issued by company are Useless & Meaningless. (certificate- 1 attached)

As per initial commitment given by their executives at the time of joining business that company will issue all service providers (our partners) including IRCTC sub agent rights Certificate to the retailers with life time validity.

• Validity confirmed, as per mentioned in retailer certificate (i.e. only for 2 years).

• Date of Appointment not mentioned in the certificate.

• Authorized signature is without name & designation.

After my several Request to Company Management to issue us proper Retailer Certificates as per their commitments, but at last they send me a soft & hard copy of the same, which consist nothing but a part of company advertisement on letter head, which shows various recharge, booking, utility services are provided by company Paypoint India including names of the original service provider with validity confirmation as per mentioned in retailer certificate (i.e. only for 2 years) & deny for issuing sub agent IRCTC certificates.

(Very very shame on them who don’t know how to draft the simple certificate. )

NOTE: - (even such things are missing on given letter).

• Vodafone, idea, Videocon, virgin, s-tel is not included in mobile recharge services.

• Movie tickets, rail tickets are not included in booking services.

• financial products is not included in utility services.

• Authorized signature is without name & designation.

• Issued Date not mentioned on the letter.

I found the hopeless services, hopeless staff & hopeless Management too, I really very much upset by their serving system. So all India Retailers alert & beware of Company frauds, else you will be in future trouble, which faced by me.
