Mobile not recharged but amount deducted from account

On 3 feb i tried to do the online topup of Rs. 112 on my Madhya Pradesh number 9424560162 from "paytm" online recharge web site. The amount got deducted from my credit card account but my number didnt get recharge. I would like paytm to cancel the transection from their end so that I get my money back. The transection id is 56648.
