P.K. Pollution Checking Centre
Didn't provide receipt

I got my Car checked for Pollution at P.K. Pollution Checking centre, Gurgaon Sohna Road, Sec 38 Ishlmampur, Gurgaon. The attendant didn't provide me receipt for the services even upon asking. After my insistence he gave me one Fake receipt withoiut any PANor TAN Number. When i protested he said take it if you want otherwise go and you have to pay money.

I want to take action for non-issuance of receipt
