Money tranjection

Dear sir

My self rajinder singh. i have Punjab National Bank Account No.0744001700042766 branch kathua in J&K. I transfer money 5000./ Rs to a/c no 0983000100181955 a/c holder name Basant singh Bank pnb branch rohata AGRA UP on Date-07/03 but fund not transfer to particuler a/c and fund deducat my a/c fund transfer responce code. ATM/TRTR/D 207 D .AT that time i complaine in PNB Branch, PNB costumer care but no responce.
