I am disappointed by the lack of courtesy shown by the Consumer Care staff during my conversation in late November. I had advised in March the consumer care and asked to suspend the bills, due to my planned trip of 8 months, which was ignored and the computer generated excessive consumption during my absence. Your staff wanted me to come to R K Puram to discuss the bill, despite the fact that I gave the reading on the phone. This attitude is totally unacceptable and this practice should be abolished immediately. If you need to verify the reading send someone to read the meter and not ask the customer to come to your office. Kindly note that my current reading is only 98.xxx and hence the company still owes me money rather than me owing an amount in excess of Rs. as per the last bill.
