Cheating with Agreement

This is regarding a concern with a real estate builder called Indiabulls, greens in Chennai. We have purchased a flat from India bulls in phase 1 during the year 2010.The flat is of 1243 sq ft including the common area. They have informed us to handover the flat by maximum September but still the flat is yet to be handed over and they still not informing when will be handed over. Now an another the problem to add petrol in the wound, they are asking us to pay for extra Sq ft (varying based on the area) informing that they are transferring the club house ownership to house owners. The club house was part of the amenities promised during booking. We are asked to pay an amount of 1 Lakhs towards the membership fees which was agreed during the signing of agreement. Now they wanted to transfer the ownership of club house to us mandatory and asking us to pay extra 3.5 Lakhs by October 20th of 2012 and it is kind of threatening during at the time handing over.

Please do not buy a flat from India-bulls, it a really pushing you into financial suicide. They will find loop holes in the agreement and try to suck your money. Please be cautious..
