Illegal encroachment on public land

Illegal encroachment of public land allotted by MCD for parking in front of Ground Floor DDA flat Address: KD -205, MIG Flats, Pitam Pura, Delhi 110088 . The owner has encroached the land again, even after MCD demolished the encroachment in November. Oh God, Really no fear for law at all to the owner. Every time any complaint is lodged the MCD officials come & are bribed so they dont take any action. Now we are planning to move to media so that these blind MCD officials get some vision.
