Delivery of Gas

I have had this horrendous experience with delivery of refill cylinders from Sona Gas Agency. It is a matter of great shame that despite rigorous and diligent efforts we are unable to get refills of cylinder on time. And if we try and launch a complaint with the agency's consumer care they show a very negative attitude. On top of this the delivery boy who is presumably fixed for our area is a goon, who has shows no respect. He has shown repeated erratic episodes of goonism and abusive behaviour even with female members of our family leave apart the elderly. Kindly help as this agency and its delivery boy just donot pay any heed to the consumers. All they know is to give an unwanted advice of switching your gas connection to IP gas. I want to know is this the way Indane gas company wants to treat their customers who have bestowed their trust in them for the past 2 decades. Do we deserve this kind of treatment? or are we subjective to such kind of goons?
