NO SERVICE OFFERED AFTER TAKING MY MONEY

As per the agreement with this company I transferred an amount an amount of INR 6180/- to the company as registration fees for availing household maid service.
As soon as they got the money they stopped taking my phone calls and they have not given me any services so far.
When I called them from a different number they picked up the phone and they told that they will return back the money after one month since they are unable to provide the services which they had offered.
It is more than a month now and I have neither got any services, nor got any money back from them. Now they do not pick up the phone at all. Please help.
