Delay in getting IGL connection

Delay in installing LPG gas connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the gas connection in our house 2nd D 59-A, Kamna Vaishali, Ghaziabad10. I have deposited cheques of Rs. 6000/- for gas connection for form numer 25795. Payment of against the cheque has been debited from my account on the month of 3rd Nov. All the connections in our colony has been installed but in our home it is still not installed.

Please look into the issue very urgently as it is getting delayed after the deposition of money since it has been 2 months. Does it take this much of time even after completing all the formalities?

Also mention what else is required for the action to be taken as soon as possible as in my knowledge I have completed all the formalities required for the installation.
