Disrespectful behaviour towards customers

The way they treat their customers is awful. I'm a civil engineer and went all the way from another city to purchase materials but they didn't even allow me inside and told to leave if i had come just to visit. I dont know how a customer could buy material without seeing it. And all these were done by the security outside, imagine! No matter how much volume of business they do, how far they supply materials, if they don't know to treat their customers properly or respect them everything is utter waste. Strongly not recommend this place if you want respect.
