DonaPaula Gas Agency
Poor service!

I'm a HPCL customer for last 7 years and on 20th August I have delivered a C-07 HP gas by my Gas Agency (Dona Paula Gas Agency Contact no. 0832 2453755) India, I had told to my gas agency that my gas tank life is September and my gas usage can be 2 months from the date of delivery and I don't want to take any risk of life. HPCL and Gas agency should not deliver such gas whose expiry date in one month from delivery.

After telling this to Gas Agency, they are not ready to replace new one by taking old one which is not correct. Its gas agency job to check and deliver where as gas agency asking me where is expiry and what is gas tank life is they are not aware... see the ignorance and negligence of so called gas agency...

If this was the case in Overseas, gas station owner would have replaced saying thanks... since they are aware of safety and customer values.

I have not yet got any reply regarding this from gas agency or HPCL.
