I bought a flat in GAUR GLOBAL VILLAGE GHAZHIABAD... first of all they did not gave the posesseion even after 3 months of the registry if the flat and started the maintainance charges even before handing over flat to me... one month of after the posession was handed over... there were cracks developed all over the flat and paint was shedding from several places and even plaster would fall down even with the touch of a finger... even the grouting of the tiles was not proper... seems it was a 40 years old flat... on writing a complaint to the maintainance department... they said that this is the fault of the site engieer... and flat would need a complete makeover wherein they will remove the plaster and coat with Gypsum on the walls and then paint will be done again... also the groutig of nearly all the tiles will be done again... There was huge spaces in between doors and floor... Electricity switches were not fitted straight... some were tilting to right and some to left... overall the construction of quality is extremely poor... would not recommend anyone to go for GAUR. VERY VERY VERY MUCH ANNOYED...
