From last 4 years I am compiling Airtel office for bad voice quality, weak network and call drops in my resident so I have to use another mobile number. I am patient so I need my phone for 24 hours. Every month before paying the bills company assures me for better service but not a single person has visited our area for survey of problem. With great regrets their customer care office does not do anything except saying sorry. I am suffering mentally as well as financially.
