HP Gas agency torturing customers!

We have been in Chennai for past 3.5 years and had been managing with just one Gas cylinder from HP. Each time the gas gets over we are forced to fight with the agency to get it re-filled even after waiting for 10 days. As both of us are working and we do not have neighbors who remain at home during day time, we find it difficult to arrange a person to collect the gas for us when delivered at home.

The agency refuses to provide us gas when we go there and collect it. The delivery boy says that he has come and the door remains closed as he very well knows that we are working.

Once it so happened that my mother - in -law was at home the entire day, and she never closed the outer door as she was expecting gas. The delivery boy said that he had come there but no one was there which was a lie.

The agency refuses to take any action regarding the same and they simply tell us to go to another agency. We believe they are selling the gas in black. What can we do about the same? We are ready to go and collect the gas but the agency refuses to give it.

Very poor service!
