HP Gas - Kanpur
Delayed delivery n rude behaviou

This is the complaint regarding the no delivery of HP gas cylinder. Order was booked in the name of Mr. S.N.Dwivedi, aged 85 yrs order no. 240 dated 7th may.

Inspite of repeated calls (50-60) to Manas distributor, kidwai nagar kanpur. code no 961940, there was no response and till date the gas has not been delivered. it has caused lot of trauma and agony to mr. Dwivedi in his old age. Moreover people are very rude in responding.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable and we will go to the consumer forum if the delivery is not done immediately.
