HP LPGas
Improper Service

I am a regular customer of HP LPGas. In Nagpur I get it from NGDA Services located at CA Road, Nr. Gitanjali Cinema. This distributor is the most pathetic and irresponsible I have ever seen in my life. These people never pick up the phone calls made for logging the requirement for refill gas cylinders which is the basic household utility. Moreover when I visited his office, these people along with the manager replied me that its not their duty to take up the calls for refill connections. Being the proprietor of a firm I cant involve myself in such a trivia things. SO PLEASE KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION TO IMPROVE HP GAS SERVICE IN MY LOCALITY.
