Charges debited without reason

My prepaid No. is 8197971966 from Mangalore. I charged Rs.100/- and got Rs.80/- talk time and I have just made max of 5 calls (local) and I am told I have been debited Rs.74/- on 19.12.2011 (validity is till 31.5.2012). I Rang to 121 atleast 5 times with each time they only made me wait 20mts thus, totally I was made to wait for 1hr & 10mts and still I do not know why debit is made. This only makes me go to consumer court. Is your staff forcing us to do this? Their attitude needs to be mended.
