Balance deduction without any prior information

I am frustrated with Airtel service. I have not activated any weekly sub service still my balance is being deducted. I have even complained to the customer care on 24th march reference no. is CBDOV20324345805. They told it would be deactivated.. but still today on 1st April my balance is being deducted at the rate of Rs 20. My number is 8294995406 .
