Not receiving any channel

We are not receiving any channels since 31.5.2011 till date.we have lost watching IPL matches. Regarding this we have contacted airtel customer care several times but the agent did not register complaints..Our airtel ID number is 3001424101.In this regard we are requesting you to take necessary action at the earliest on this complaint.
