Connection not provided from 6 months

I have registered for GAS connection on 24th Nov '11 (Registration form No. 7000040732 ) & paid them deposit money and other charges also. They were supposed to provide connection within a month.

Till date (16th Apr'12) I have not got any connection.

I have logged so many complaints with IGL call center, and i have list of reffrence no., Everytime they are saying that in next month you will get connection. But till now there is no progress.

Please help in this regard.
