I had booked an apartment with Lakshish (www.lakshish.com) 3 year ago in their project "Bollywood City" in Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The project was to be delivered end of 201 but till date nothing has happended on that land. I tried calling the telephone numbers but none of them are working. I have paid nearly a million rupees as booking money and now dont know where to go and how to recover it. Can you please advise asap.
