Service negligence

I have purchased one "ro system" water filter from the above said company on 05/12. While finalising the deal they informed us they will be giving us two sets of candles free of cost and 2-3 services free of cost in a year.

Out of the services they have promised they have not done a single service till date. A week back there was a problem with the water filter ans contacted the guy for rectification and the guy promised that he will fix it on the day itself. And from the day he is not answering calls from my mobile and for the second ring he will switch off his mobile.

More over at the time of purchase he has given us two numbers to contact in case of service and that numbers turned out to be unrecognized numbers. The numbers are as following:8019786451 and 7207514737.

I stay in a village where pure drinking water is a luxury and now I am facing problems for drinking water for a week. Request you to look into this issue
