Non delivery of Gas Cylinde

This is With Reference to my (LPG) Bharat Gas Connection No: 04988 with Alok Gas Service, Najafgarh, New Delhi.. Phone: 28013548-49-50.

I had booked gas cylinder vide Ref. No.549176 dated 28-01 through Internet, but they did not delivered the cylinder till 13 Feb’10, when I check booking status on the net I found that as per their record they already delivered the Cylinder on 08 Feb’ when I called to their office to inquire about the reason for so late delivery, they said that you have changed your house, anyway after so many phone calls they delivered the cylinder on 14 Feb at my home.

They repeat the same practice in the next month also I have placed my order vide Ref. No.712992 Dt.25-02 which was still not delivered, but status shown as delivered on 13 March’ when I called their office to inquire the reason, they speaks roughly.

This problem is every time when we booked the cylinder and this is not my problem, this problem is with other customer also
