Non receipt of mature amount!

I had deposited Rs.15926 on 01/08/1998 and it matured on 01/08/1999 vide the deposit receipt number 0398009241. But, till date, I have not received any amount from the company. Initially, I reminded a lot to them, and submit the original deposit receipt but still I haven't received the maturity amount. Now none of them are traceable to whom I can follow.
